I have entered two different solutions which qualify under the instructions given. However, I continue to receive a "FAILED" message from the game when I hit submit. If you can provide me with an email address, I can send the screen shots of my solutions to you. From what I can tell in reading the forum, one of my solutions is the correct one, but the game is not accepting it.
Currently, I can go no further until I hear from you, since this is a required puzzle. Please help! What can I do? Thank you.

Testing the Steam version, I answered this puzzle this way.
I bought it through Big Fish Games.
We are investigating the issue as quickly as we can.

Could you please uninstall, download again and re-install the game? If need be, reuse your email and code to unlock the game.
